Có vẻ họ khá hà khắc với những gì đã viết trong phần Term of Services của họ .

I don’t think so. In future, If I gather enough points, I request a host, but I will not use it like that. I’ll transfer my WP blog to here and if I use Rapidleech, it’s just a tool that helps me download from Rapidshare and helps my friends download too. I delete the files alfter downloading. So it violates the TOS or not ? I’ll not use Yurx as file storage.

If the MP3 is legal, then its allowed. For example, I believe there is MP3 on my website, which I created myself - therefore its perfectly legal.

You must at least warn the user first, cause they put much times and works to build their site and have no intention to violate your TOS. How’s about user’s right ? Don’t you think they work hard to make their site ? They’ve already trusted your services.

This is just to protect yurx - they arn’t going to terminate your account without warning unless its a mistake, or you have done something wrong.
If your concerned about this, you should go to paid hosting.
