1. Adblock Plus :

No need to talk more about this popular and useful add-on , it helps you to get rid of unwanted and annoyed advertise banner around the internet.

2. FireFTP :

Really good plugin for Firefox. You don’t need any other FTP softwares. FireFTP has enough features for upload files in FTP mode to your web host.

3. Fireshot :

FireShot

“FireShot is a Firefox extension that creates screenshots of web pages. Unlike other extensions, this plugin provides a set of editing and annotation tools, which let users quickly modify captures and insert text and graphical annotations.”
Need to install other capture softwares ? Print Screen and this is all I need.

My laptop HP Pavilion zv6000 I got from my friend works just well, but there is a problem, the HDD Toshiba MK8025GAS is too noisy. In a quiet room, I’m always irritated by that freaking noise. I know that is from HDD because of the clicking sound every time I open a file, a program, search files … However, it seems to be strange that now I notice that noise more intensively than before, so I perform a lot of test for errors and bad sectors, some reasons that may cause this. The first is CHKDSK tool.

Open Command Prompt and type chkdsk /f /r c: ( or any partitions ) You’ll say that you can get the same result by right-click on your drives - Properties - Open Tool - Error Checking … choose Automatically Fix File System error or Scan for attemp recovery of bad sectors … but you can have more options by other parameters like /i and /c .

Secondly I use Defragmenter tool. After that my Windows performance speed is faster, really, cause a lot of file is fragmented. But the noise is still.

I download and try HD Tune and HDD Life. The HD Tune error test actually found some bad sectors on the beginning track of my HDD, and HDD life warned something about spinning count and threshold. Since that is just a report and they can’t do anything to repair, maybe it’s belong to physical damages, not file structure.

And I found a great tool in Hiren Boot CD , HDD Regenerator 1.5.1 , which can perform some special task like repair bad sectors and even physical bad sectors. Yes it really worked since it detected and repaired while Windows Chkdsk or other tools can’t. But the main problem still exists.

Một ngày khá là đẹp trời …

By a quick decision, I use this Mac OS style theme from now on. It has a clear, nice look and a customizable sidebar, without using the Wordpress Widget.

This theme is called “iTheme” and can be found at : http://www.ndesign-studio.com/resources/wp-themes/itheme

The name makes it look similiar to iMac, iBook, Ipod and those with Apple product related.

I also installed a plugin called “Wordpress Theme Switcher” that helps you quickly switch back your previous installed themes. Yeah it’s mainly for visitors.

Besides, I’m interested in CSS Dock Menu code, a project at http://www.ndesign-studio.com . This Javascript allows you to add a docking menu like Mac OS to your website.

Tại trang chủ gõ vào tên ca sĩ hoặc bài hát cần tìm

Sau đó thay vì click vào để nghe như thường lệ thì bấm thẳng vào link bài hát để vào trang list nhạc của người dùng.

Ngay tại trang này lưu ý cái dòng màu đỏ trên cùng “Click here to play”, bấm phải chuột -> copy link đó vào trang mới hay tab mới.

Yeah, the info I got is that Habari is a new open source blog like Wordpress, and I heard that the author left WP project to build Habari. What is the kind of argument here or something, I don’t know. Maybe you should check the author ’s blog for further infomation.

Cần thiết phải sao lưu trước khi cài đặt những gì liên quan tới việc sử dụng MySQL, như khi tôi nhận ra host này chỉ cho tối đa 1 MySQL thì đã quá muộn, việc cài Plugin Slimstar đã làm hỏng cả hệ thống Wordpress của tôi vì đụng chạm đến database của WP. Cũng may, rất may là đã có sao lưu dữ liệu trước. [việc này mới xảy ra và làm tôi toát mồ hôi ôi chao]

Đừng bao giờ tin tưởng hoàn toàn vào các dịch vụ lưu trữ online cũng như bất kỳ dịch vụ hỗ trợ nào, không bao giờ bạn có thể chắc 100% dữ liệu của bạn trên máy chủ của họ là tuyệt đối an toàn, không nói tới việc bảo mật gì ở đây nhưng chỉ riêng việc dữ liệu của bạn “không cánh mà bay” cũng đủ khiến bạn đau khổ Thế cho nên, bạn phải luôn nhớ rằng nên có một phiên bản offline của dữ liệu ở đâu đó. Và đừng nên tin tưởng tuyệt đối vào lưu trữ trực tuyến cũng như đừng xem net là “ổ cứng” thứ 2 của bạn.

Những file lưu trữ online thì không đảm bảo đã đành nhưng còn các dịch vụ email như Yahoo, Gmail… bạn cũng đâu chắc chắn rằng các email của bạn sẽ tồn tại vĩnh viễn hay tài khoản của bạn không bị xóa ? Vậy nên, hãy sao lưu những email quan trọng. Với một số người thường sử dụng mail client như Outlook thì điều này bình thường. Nhưng nói vậy thôi nhưng bản thân tôi cũng không quan tâm lắm đến lưu lại email

Xin nhắn nhủ một điều với cộng đồng Yahoo 360 : Tôi cũng đang sử dụng dịch vụ Yahoo 360 như bạn đã biết tôi là ai, nhưng tránh bị phụ thuộc vào Yahoo 360 vẫn tốt hơn, khi mà, bạn không thể sao lưu dữ liệu, bài viết, hình ảnh của bạn trên ấy, khi số lượng bài của bạn khá nhiều và số lượng “comment” cũng vậy, thử nghĩ xem nếu máy chủ của Yahoo có vấn đề gì đó … Lưu lại một phiên bản bài viết của bạn trên máy hay dùng Google Docs là những ý hay, ít nhất phải có một piên bản thứ hay của những bài viết quan trọng ở đâu đó, để trong trường hợp xấu nhất bạn vẫn có thể vui vẻ vì blog bạn có thể trở lại chỉ với “copy/paste”.

Bạn cho rằng Yahoo 360 sẽ không bao giờ gặp trục trặc ư ? Hãy nhớ rằng những sợi cáp quang truyền dữ liệu xuyên đại dương - mạch máu của mạng Internet - vẫn có thể bị đứt thì tại sao server của Yahoo lại không ?

Có thể những người sử dụng Yahoo 360, Blogger, My Opera … sẽ không đồng ý với tôi. Nhưng đây cũng chỉ là ý kiến cá nhân. Hơn nữa tôi cũng không cho rằng backup rồi thì dữ liệu sẽ an toàn, lỡ khi không thể đưa được dữ liệu trở lại … do nguyên nhân nào đó. Hmm… có lẽ đừng nghĩ về chuyện này nữa thì sẽ thanh thản hơn.
